Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

To initiate a return, email us at sales@onekitchenpot.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
